The Cornell University Chorus and Glee Club present their second major work of the spring, the Rachmaninoff Vespers. Sergei Rachmaninoff's All-Night Vigil features unaccompanied sacred choral music based on chant from the Russian Orthodox Church. With its lyric lines and beautiful sonorities, the All-Night Vigil is regarded as one of Rachmaninoff's finest works.

Senior Week Concert
Saturday, May 26 at 8:00 PM, Bailey Hall, Ithaca, NY. Tickets: $10.
Join the Cornell Chorus and Glee Club as they perform selections from their 2011-2012 repertoire. The Glee Club and Chorus will perform all-male and all-female choral music before joining to sing works for mixed voices. The concert continues with a series of rousing Cornell Songs, concluding with our beloved Evening Song and Alma Mater. Admission: $10.
